The Resort is an adult community of more than 1,800 recreational vehicle lots. The Resort itself is private with gatehouse security. There are both seasonal and full-time residents of the Resort who will welcome you to the property. You may expect to meet individuals from across the United States and Canada.

Nearby is  Peoria's Sports Complex where baseball spring training takes place each year. New in 2003 is the Surprise Sport's complex that is host to the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals. There is Lake Pleasant for those who enjoy fishing or just want to walk the shoreline. In addition, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona and other Arizona sights are within driving distance.
