This is fully-furnished snuggle wide mobile home with an attached shed to store luggage, it is located near Neighborhood Center II and pool.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a hide-a-bed.

This house is fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay at Happy Trails. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, china, glassware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. You will find linen and towels for your use during your stay. Washer and dryer are available in the house

Outside you will find an established fruit tree in front of the house, great for fresh fruit juice. There is a patio table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

There is local telephone service in the home. There is NO SMOKING AND NO PETS allowed. Utilities are paid by the owner (garbage, water, trash, basic cable and electricity up to $100. monthly)

There is a $250 deposit required, of which includes $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.

$1600 monthly during high season: rental discount for multiple months: LOW off season and yearly rates available also.
