and shed. It is fully furnished, and has an enclosed deck. No smoking,
nor pets, please. Keep in shape with the bikes in shed.
There is a $200 deposit, which includes a $50 non-refundable cleaning
deposit. It rents for $1500 monthly, Oct-April, and $800 May-Sept. Owner
will pay all utilities (garbage, water, basic cable, and electricity up
to $100 monthly.
