This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, double wide mobile home – is fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay at Happy Trails Resort. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, china, glassware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. You will find linens and towels for your use during your stay. Washer and dryer are available in the house.The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, recliner and TV for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has twin beds, dresser and desk for your computer needs.

There is a storage shed attached to the unit which includes shelving for your luggage, etc. and a barbeque for your outdoor cooking pleasure.

The orange trees in front of the house are great for fresh orange juice. There is a patio table and chairs for your enjoyment outdoors.

Included in the rental price there is local telephone service, trash and water. There is no smoking and no pets allowed.

There is a $250 deposit required, of which includes $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Monthly rental rate for high season (January, February and March), is $1600.00.
