2 Bedroom, 1.5 Snuggle with Arizona Room and shed Located near Neighborhood Center II, this fully-furnished snuggle-wide mobile home has an Arizona Room, attached shed (with washer and dryer) and includes the use of a golf cart. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen. There are two televisions, radio and all the little extras you would expect in an established home. Basic cable service is included. The house is fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay at Happy Trails. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, china, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and other items you may expect to need. You will find linens and towels for your use during your stay. Outside you will find a shed that is available for your use in storing golf clubs, luggage or other items during your stay. There is an established orange tree behind the house - perfect for fresh orange juice. There is no telephone service in the home, pay phones are just a short walk to the Neighborhood Center or bring your cell phone. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets allowed. Utilities (electric) and telephone are paid by the renter. A security deposit is required and is refundable.
