This comfortable Park Model with Arizona Room is the perfect getaway for you. Located within easy walking distance of Neighborhood Center 1, the home is decorated in a traditional southwestern motif.

The house is fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay at Happy Trails. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, china, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and other items you may expect to need. You will find linens and towels for your use during your stay.

Outside you will find a shed that is available for your use in storing golf clubs, luggage or other items during your stay. In addition there is patio furniture on the deck so you can sit outside and enjoy the shade provided by the established pine trees.

There is no telephone service in the home, pay phones are just a short walk to the Neighborhood Center or bring your cell phone.

No smoking is allowed in the home. Pets allowed with a $50.00 pet deposit. There is a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Rent includes utilities up to $50.00 for electricity, balance to be paid by renter.

There is a television and VCR in the Arizona Room for your use. Tapes can be checked out in the Activities office.  

The living room area of the Park Model also has a television, as well as a radio and cassette player.

 
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your use.  

There is seating for four at the dining area table

 
There is plenty of built in storage for clothes as well as a closet.
