the many pools in the resort. Close to the Town
Center and all the activities, this Villa is a great place to call
home during your stay at Happy Trails.

One bedroom - Plenty of closet and storage space in the
bedroom. Queen size bed with linens. Iron & ironing board for your
use. A/C and furnace works great.
One bath includes handicap access shower and is fresh & bright.
Towels, washcloths provided.
Full Kitchen - microwave, refrigerator, all dishes, towels,
glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, baking & oven needs,
coffee maker, toaster. New flooring.
The dining area has table and seating for four.
Living room has couch with hide-a-bed for guests, color television
with cable/VCR. Additional chairs for plenty of seating.
Shed has stacked washer and dryer. Plenty room for storage.
Outside patio has table and chairs
for you to enjoy as you watch the sun set. Two bicycles are at the
house for your use around the resort.
Phone in the home. Cell phones also work well at Happy Trails. Basic cable
television is provided and you can check out videos from the Town
Center. There are pools and spas for your enjoyment, along with
shuffleboard, activities and much, much more... On site post office.
