This charming park model is fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay at Happy Trails Resort. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, china, glass-ware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. You will find linens and towels for your use during your stay. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a desk for your computer needs. There is a hide-a-bed in the living room.

There is a storage shed attached to the unit which includes shelving for your luggage, etc., plus a washer and dryer.

The orange tree in front of the house is great for fresh orange juice. There are also a grapefruit tree and a lemon tree.

Basic cable TV, trash pickup, and water are included in the rental price.
There is a $250 deposit required, which includes $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. Renter pays the electric bill.

Monthly rental rate for high season (January, February, March and April), is $1,450.00.
May through December 15 is $1,300.00.
