You will enjoy your stay in this new Park Model. It has a large attached "Bali" patio for your relaxation and entertaining. Rental includes:

• One queen bed

• One portable twin bed in a box

• One bath, shower/tub combo

• Full kitchen with everything you might need for cooking, eating (dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, slow cooker, toaster and much more)

• Furnished with comfy chairs, quality linens, towels

• 50's juke box music

• New 43" HDTV with video and CD player

• BBQ gas grill on the patio

• 4-Seater Ford-Think Golf Cart (may only be used inside Happy Trails Resort)

• Patio furniture

The patio  is a great place to end your day - BBQ your dinner on the gas grill - sit back and enjoy life at Happy Trails. You are just a walk or golf cart ride to Town Center (to rent the latest movies for just $1.50!), check out a library book or use the laptop data ports to check your email. The golf course, swimming pools, clubs, Jacuzzis, laundry rooms, activities are near by for your use.

Your rent includes:

• Basic cable plus upgrade

• Electric included

• Local phone

• Water

• Trash (pick-up is twice a week)

• No smoking
• No pets

A security deposit and Renter's Agreement must be signed by both parties. For rent for $1,100 per month - minimum 2 month rental. A security & cleaning  deposit of $500. is due upon rental of property. It is fully refundable.  The first months rent is due 1 month prior to move in, and must be paid by cashier's check and returned to the owner with the signed Agreement.

Year round rental is $800 per month with signed Renter's Agreement.
