Rental rates for the 2007-2008 Season are as follows:

October 1st to May 1st @ $575 per month PLUS electric.

May 1st to October 1st @ $300 per month PLUS electric.

These rates are for rental terms of two months or more. For short term rates, contact owner. Included with your payment is water, sewer, trash pickup, and access to all resort amenities. Basic cable has been included in the past, but there is a change in the service and its cost that is in the works as of this writing and the new fees and cable packages won't be known for several months.

Lot 1798                        Large North facing corner lot in the exclusive Ranch section of the resort.  This section is restricted to Class A motor coaches of 28 feet in length and longer.  There is a pad for patio and vehicle parking.

Lot 1783        Large North facing lot in the exclusive Ranch area of the resort.  This section is restricted to Class A motor coaches of 28 feet in length and longer.   This lot has a pad for patio and vehicle parking.                   Lot 1051                        Very large, 60x60, North facing lot that backs up to a green belt with lakes and sunset mountain views.  Close to stores and near the Cotton Lane gate, this lot offers easy entry and exit.  This lot is perfect for those who have a fifth wheel with large rear window; the view is fabulous and there are no neighbors behind you.  No shed on this lot.  There is a pad for patio and vehicle parking.   Lot 458   This lot is near the center of the resort, just off Dale Evans.  It has a full concrete pad, basic storage shed, and backs up to a privacy wall.  It faces South East.

Lot 214                 West facing corner lot with brick patio and basic storage shed.  This lot is across the street from Neighborhood Center #1.  Smaller rigs work best on this lot.  Your rig should not exceed 34 feet in length because of a water pipe at the rear.

Lot 81             East facing lot with full concrete pad and basic storage shed.  This lot is close to Neighborhood Center #1.   #42  Nice East facing corner lot with full concrete pad and basic storage shed.  This lot is very close to Neighborhood Center #1.
