Rental rates for the 2007-2008 Season are as follows:

October 1st to May 1st @ $575 per month PLUS electric.

May 1st to October 1st @ $300 per month PLUS electric.

These rates are for rental terms of two months or more. For short term rates, contact owner. Included with your payment is water, sewer, trash pickup, and access to all resort amenities. Basic cable has been included in the past, but there is a change in the service and its cost that is in the works as of this writing and the new fees and cable packages won't be known for several months.
